Brownies

20x30cm tray of brownies
35 minutes
180C 25 minutes

160 g butter
160 g 70% chocolate
3 eggs
250 g sugar
150 g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Melt butter and chocolate together in a pan.
In a seperate bowl, mix sugar and egg together. Add chocolate mixture. Then add salt and flour.
Butter tray and add mixture.
Bake in over at 180C for 25 minutes. Check if brownie is cooked enough, don't overcook them.

Banana bread

One loaf
40 minutes
180C 30 minutes

150 g flour
200 g sugar
60 g butter
3 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Some walnuts

Combine all ingredients. Mash the bananas through at the end. Add walnuts to your liking.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for 30/45 minutes

Spinach beet salad





Serves 1
10 minutes

200 grams spinach
1/2 red onion
1 cooked beet
1/2 carrot

For dressing:
Olive oil
Vinegar
Honey
Mustard (optional)
Pepper and salt

Slightly cut up spinach, dice onion, grate carrot and beet, and put in bowl.
Add about twice as much oil as vinegar and add honey, mustard, pepper and salt to taste.
Toss together and enjoy!

Courgette soup



Serves 1
20 min

1 or 2 cloves of garlic
1/2 courgette
1 vegetable stock cube 
& 450 ml water
1 heaped teaspoon green pesto



Chop up garlic and courgette and fry with some olive oil in soup pan. 
Add vegetable stock cube and amount of water needed.
Let boil until courgette is cooked enough.
Stir in pesto.
Blend with blender until smooth.

If you like you could add some cream as well.

Ratatouille




Serves 2
50 min

1 Clove of garlic
1 Onion
1 Aubergine
2/3 Courgette
1 Bell pepper
200 g passata
Some small tomatoes (optional)

Fresh basil (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste


Chop up vegetables and cook in frying pan with some olive oil. Start off with onions and garlic and then add the rest. 
(If you add tomatoes, add these last.)
Let vegetables simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Add passata, basil and salt & pepper to taste.
You can put some cheese on top if you like (I like to add mozzarella).
